I never write review but I felt obligated to write one for this guitar. I was looking for an all solid wood guitar and found the Breedlove Organic Series on Youtube. I first ordered the Breedlove Signature Organic Copper CE. There was an issue with the sides warping on this guitar. I believe that the issue happened during shipping. zZounds was great about returning it. I purchased this guitar as the replacement. It was a little more money then the Copper CE. However, the difference in the woods used in this model is well worth the price difference. This guitar is stunning. The solid Myrtle wood used on the back and sides is incredibly figured and book matched. I really have not seen anything like it (especially in this price range).It plays and looks like a dream. The action is low from the factory. No neck adjustments needed. This is the first acoustic guitar that I have bought that I had to do "no" adjustments to the truss rod or action. I have bought many guitars thru the years. I usually prefer a larger neck because I play hard/heavy and have a tendency to press the strings out of tune on smaller necks. However, this neck feels very comfortable and I have not had an issue with pressing it out of tune. The only thing that Breedlove could improve (IMO) is the pick up system. I am not a huge fan of sound hole controlled pickups. Its not a deal breaker but this is the only weakness I can see. This guitar is beyond a deal. Don't miss getting one. It's would be a $2000+ guitar if another manufacturer build anything even close to it.

I too bought this guitar after deciding it was time to upgrade my "beginner" Yamaha. I absolutely love the look and sound of the guitar, and it has a projection like nothing you've ever heard! It truly is the best all around wood for tone. I highly recommend this guitar for the $800 price point. You can have an American brand with China price, and do very very little setup and dressing on this instrument out of the box. It is my favorite guitar in the room full of $2k+ Taylors, Blueridge and Yamaha guitars. I will own more Breedlove Myrtle bodies.... Period!
Sound
Sound is like a hard driving mahogany top with mahogany body. It is a tight but deep and resonant sound. Truly a joy to play and hear.
Features
Ebony fretboard, ebony saddle, bone nut and bridge, gold tuners and frets, Myrtlewood! The medium strings sucked out of the box, it has elixir .012s now and doesn't eat my hand.
Ease of Use
Playing well requires a set-up for the guitar out of the box. If you buy an American Breedlove, it will come set up from the shop. This price point will not afford a player setup without a trip to the luthier. Spend 100-200 on a setup and you'll have a $2k Taylor in a beautiful tome wood.
Quality
Overall the quality is decent but it is clear that it is an under-1k$ item. Just needs a little more finish and fine tuning.
Value
Huge value for this price.... It's like a new guitar for a used price.
Manufacturer Support
The Breedlove company is not responsive when you contact them. I had to return one of the Organic series (concertina) and they left me hanging after 3 emails and two voicemail. Great product, rotten service..
The Wow Factor
10-10 for appeal. This is a stunner, for sure!
