"All plastic and cheap, didn't work right out of the box"

Both the pedal and body pack are made out of super cheap thin plastic. I expected a BOSS "pedal" to be like the bullet proof metal they use on all their effects pedals... NOT. (no way to tell in a picture online) The one I got, the body pack did not work at all right out of the box. Returned for a refund to zZounds. $300 is way too much money for an over-hyped BOSS item. I have never had any luck buying BOSS gear. This will be the last time I ever try anything BOSS offers. I should have known better, I just hate the BOSS brand, and what do you know, yet another terrible product from BOSS. Look for the Shure GLXD16+ Digital Wireless Guitar Pedal System. It's $499, but has an all-metal construction. Very disappointed in this BOSS purchase...

The product is made very cheap, thin plastic that you can move with your fingers. Do not buy this unit.

It is not worth the selling price... not at all.
