this is an awesome pedal. my only recommendation is you might want to get a seperate wah pedal if you want top of the line.
Sound
the sound is incredible on all the modulations. it took me a while to find a distortion soft enough, i just switched to the blues setting(which is amazing.) my only complaint is the wah pedal, its a little choppy. other than that great sound.
Features
all the features are great, i talked about it in the sound section.
Ease of Use
Soooooooo easy to use. it took me only 30 minutes to get awesome sound.
Quality
Ummmm its BOSS guys. they build these things like tanks.
Value

Manufacturer Support

"Almost perfect"
Good tone; the major mistake with this pedal was the fact that you cant have reverb and delay on at the same time, no pitch shifter, also the wah is very choppy.

"Great Value"
I am very satisfied with this pedal. If it was stolen, I would replace it. Both the quality and the quantity of the effects it contains makes it a very useful part of my setup.
Sound
The sound quality is good overall. The metal and fuzz settings could be better, but the blues and overdrive make up for that. After some experimentation, I got very satisfactory tones.
Features
There are plenty of settings and effects to play with. The variety of options is incredible. The pedal easily switches from volume to wah. I love that it can run on battery power (6 AA) or from the AC adaptor (not included), so it is very portable.
Ease of Use
I was playing it right out of the box. The format is simple and the knobs and pedals are clearly labeled. You could spend a lot of time perfecting the settings if you wanted to, but the straight forward design lets you avoid the tweaking and get straight to playing.
Quality
It is very solid. I have been using mine for over a year and it is still in great condition. The knobs have a good amount of resistance, so you can be precise when turning them. Everything is like it was when I bought it.
Value
I am very happy with it. The number of effects for the price is amazing. That being said, do not expect amazing, studio-quality effects. If you have a specific sound in mind, you would be better off getting a specific pedal. I play a variety of different styles, and this pedal lets me switch from clean to distorted easily. Buying all the effects I want to use seperately would be expensive and it would take up much more room.
Manufacturer Support
Haven't needed it.
The Wow Factor
It looks kind of plain, to be honest. That doesn't really matter though, because it sits on the floor and I am the only one who can see it. Sound is more important than looks, and it delivers.

"A nice, user friendly multi fx with solid sounds and on-the-fly parameter setting perfect for love gigs."
If you dont already own a higher range multi fx. You should definitely consider this me-20.
Sound
I think it's a good pedal if you only use/need the basic mod + delay effect. the sounds are good for the price (zoom & digitech cheap multi fx are no match sound wise but prob better features) with the exception of the distortion section: Overdrive & blues are very similar and banal. They're not very reaslitic in the way that it's possible to have as much gain as the metal distortion option... i dont believe a natural sounding overdrive could ever rival with a metal zone in the real world.. but they're still usable in moderation.
The wah is not bad. I use it quite a lot. The main issue is the transition between high and low positions: Not smooth at all. But if you play with it for a while you'll get use to it and adjust yourself so that it becomes normal-ish. The volume pedal does a perfect job at adjusting the volume. ;)
I hook the me-20 to my epiphone valve junior head powering a 4x12 cab in my bedroom and it makes the most perfect practice amp i've had. Seriously, it's extremely satisfying. I would definitely do small gigs with that set up if everything was mic'ed.
Features
The inability to mix delay with reverb is royal pain in the arse. The wah is not progressive enough in shift from low to high position.
It's a pedal low on features but that's what makes so usable compared to most competitors
Ease of Use
It's VERY easy to handle. A quick glance at the instructions and you're ready to conquer all soundscapes.
Quality
It's a VERY sturdy pedal. I don't the parameters are as durable as the ones found on me-50 and the gt series but unless kicked or stomped on severaly, it will last a long time.
Defo a keeper. The quality is still far highers than the competition
Value
Could be a little cheaper
Manufacturer Support
never had to use them
