Great for additional laser effects with multiple units, but as a centerpiece, it leave much to be desired. The chassis is a solid build, the lights are extremely bright and vibrant. The light pattern is what is left to desire... I did not use Customer Service so I cannot reflect on that experience.

Purchased this laser hoping for something I can use that would be a great centerpiece. It’s not very bright and the pattern (not patterns) sucks. Returning it ASAP.

I bought 2 of them and it works fine unless you use sound switch Dmx. Not happy with it at all
