No,the main reason would be a flawed product and no technical support.

did not want to know about the problem with Soundsoap not operating in a 64bit environment.
Despite the packaging not mentioning that it will not operate with Windows 64bit.

Bias SoundSoap Software Customer Review

I bought SoundSoap after seeing it in a friends studio and it was the best thing I have done as it saved my project. When shooting on location, one of the lapel mics failed and the boom mic was getting a nasty buzz from the lights. I tried an EQ but the noise would go along with everything else. After using SoundSoap, the noise was gone, I mean completely gone and the voice sound perfect. I tell everyone to try Sound Soap, it is my secret weapon.
