I've used a handful of brands over the years in various studios but the guys at Beyerdynamic are just in a class of their own. I was using the KRK KNS 8400 for the last 10 years went through 2 pairs of them because of the cheap build quality the ear cups would eventually get worn out and they are notorious for having the material flaking off at some point that's used on the headband and ears. KRK is a great company for monitors not so great for headphones.So I told myself the next time I had an opportunity I would go with another company that is known for their headphones and Beyerdynamic is one I've used before at multiple studios and they always sounded great and have a quality build with amazing comfort for long sessions. I watched some video reviews on YouTube to get some honest reviews shout out to Sanjay C !!! He was definitely the one who got me to make the move on these and I can say with complete confidence these headphones are absolutely amazing for all things music related. I can really hear everything in my mix with total clarity and can pin point anything that needs to be cleaned up. Making beats with these headphones are nice too because they don't lack in bass it has that nice punch we love in the Hip Hop community lol I would also like to point out is how great voices sound and I mean all voices sound more natural and less compressed.*** SIDE NOTE ***And last but certainly not least if like to do some PC gaming in your free time these bad boys are going to totally immerse you into the game and you'll hear things you didn't think possible. Thank you to the people at zZounds for the quick and fast delivery it is much appreciated and I look forward to buying the rest of my gear from you guys in the years to come.
