"Behringer was not honest about this product"

Do not buy these headphones! I got mine today and they do not look like the product pictures. I hate dishonest marketing and not getting what I paid for. In the pictures, they appear to have nice molded looking earpieces, but mine have cheap looking stitched pleather or vinyl earpads that are hard feeling. What gives???And Behringer is one of those companies that intentionally makes it hard to get customer service. There's no contact email, no phone numbers, and I can't even use their online help because this product isn't even listed on their automated customer service ticket page.I am extremely unhappy with you Behringer!!!
