"Behringer is a great Bang for the Buck"

Overall: 4 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)

It's not a top of the line cabinet, and the efficiency isn't the absolute best, but it is still 3dB more than the Similarly priced Peavey series, and the quality seems to be considerably higher.
Sound
I use a pair of these subs for DJing as well as running live sound for my band. DJing requires a lot of bottom end intensive music, and these babies respond well. Even more impressive is their performance in the live situation. They really do great inside and outside for giving that nice Kick thump. I haven't made them distort yet, and I'm driving them with a bridged PV 1500 into 4 ohms. That's 750 watts per cabinet. So much for that 400 watt rating.
Features
Not sure how good the internal crossover is, as I use the active Xover built into the 1500 @150Hz. The Speakons are very solid. The hardware (handles, etc) seem to be quite rugged.
Quality
I've beat the hell out of these boxes, both physically and in usage, and they have yet to even blink.
Value
The bang for the buck is awesome. As a matter of fact, I'm going to pick 2 more of these up just so that I'll be able to cover those larger gigs.
Manufacturer Support
Never used 'em. Behringer has been good to me thus far.
The Wow Factor
I want 2 more!

"good quality for a reasonable price"

Overall: 4 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
im very satisfy with the behringer product from mixer down the line with its accessories ive got the product brochure no question about the quality im planing to complete my system and have it 3 set ups for PA but if this wont improve when it comes to service and repair well i might change my mind and choose some products like EAW or CARVER, QSC, JBL and YAMAHA ive invested a lot over behringer products my single PA system cost over 300,000 pesos
Sound
ive been using this sub for 4 months sounds great infact my line of equipment from mixer down to amps all behringer the UB2442 xovr2310 the 31band graphc EQ and the EP2500 amps they sounds xcellent i match the sub with B300 active speaker it performs well in live band im planing to get eurolive 1520 full range speaker 1 pair
Quality
when it comes to the product quality and material no comments very reliable and convenient to handle well infact ive copied all the dimensions of the sub to try it for some of my extra speaker with diffrnt brands except for the materials used in building a sub box but im sure were using top materials
Manufacturer Support
sad to say this but it turn out to be my experience ive got a 1 sub speaker B1800X it was blown out b4 the party is over ive set the low freq to 75hz it performs well no question so as soon as i found out i ship the speaker only without the box to my supplier thinking theyll replace it with the new one coz its under warranty all they did is to repair it and it took them almost 3 weeks after all it was blown out again for the second time after they send it to me meaning the quality of their service and repair is very problematic hope to give very important attention on this one
The Wow Factor
I find this piece as good as its looks small but terrible you dont have to be big to be intimidating as behringer says "just listen"

Sound
Massive bass sound. Sometimes too much for smaller venues. Great for club/ heavy bottom music.
Features
useful fetures include: strong handles and rugged composition. Great passive EQ. Speakon only. could have used xlr and or 1/4 inch insert and outputs. Very heavy. Not practical for smaller gigs.
Quality
Well made. RUGGED. hEAVY!
Value
good deal for the $.

BIT TOO BULKY TO LUG AROUND.lIGHTER, SMALLER PACKAGE WOULKD BE APPRECIATED. aLSO, i WOULD LIKE TO SEE A POWERED OPTION IN THIS LINE SO ONLY ONE COULD BE USED RUNNING FROM THE BOARD (FOR SMALLER GIGS).

Sound
look, you can't beat this sub for the money. sure, the passive crossover leaves a little to be desired, but that's why they make active crossovers.

"B1800X's sounds and looks far more expensive"

Overall: 4.5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
How about an active version to supplement the B300's
Sound
Bass is nice and solid. I run four of them off a EP 2500 amp, therefore only utilising 650 watts rms. Extemely powerfull sound especially when used in conjunction with the Ultramizer Pro, developing 75-85 Hz frequency. I cross them actively at around 120 Hz in conjunction with four B1520's
Quality
Visually they look great. They are very solid. It reflects in their weight end the finish is great.
Value
What's to say??

Behringer B1800X Sub Customer Review

Overall: 4 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
I will probably use these as part of my "B" rig until they burn out. I wouldn't use them for bigger/live shows as they just don't have the massive output that is required.
Sound
Although not quite as nice as the high end Yorkville, EAW and the like, i don't think I've heard as nice of a sub for less than $300. I've got a QSC1450 bridged on each pair of them. I've been able to slam them hard for a year now w/ no problems. Have them actively crossed over @ 90hz.
Features
Nice handles, nice jack plates w/ speakons. Internal crossover is a but useless in my opinion, but makes no difference to me as I have outboard crossovers.
Quality
The best I've seen in this price range hands down.
Value
Like I said, best sounding sub for under $300 I've seen.
Manufacturer Support
Haven't had to deal w/ the company.
