First there was a buzz but i used the ground on TC Helicon Pedal and that corrected the problem. the phantom power is awesome. we sing in church and at small venues for around 200; my wife has a very low volume voice, so this mic picks up her vocals really well; infact the harmonies were too loud for the first time! So it works for that; and it looks amazing.

Great audio quality marred by susceptibility to RFI. I'd imagine that in Live settings this mic would shine.
Sound
The audio quality of this mic is superb. Whether you use phantom power for the extra db boost or as a standard dynamic the audio quality is top notch. Easily usable in every situation where my SM57's are used.
Features
This is an active dynamic mic and you can use it with or without phantom power. Phantom power is NOT required to use this mic. With phantom power turned on, the mic gains a bit of extra boost across its frequency range.
Ease of Use
Just like any other microphone, all you have to do is plug in an XLR cable. It also includes a mount adapter. When phantom power is being supplied to the mic, a bright orange LED lights on the handle.
Quality
The mesh grille, capsule, and handle are great build quality similar to Shure mics. The problem with this mic is in a studio environment it is EXTREMELY susceptible to RFI. With phantom power off OR on this mic will pick up radio signals at nearly all gain levels. With gain turned down significantly, the mic will still sound decent while making the RFI less than a whisper but it's still there.
Value
If the mic weren't affected by RFI, I would pay double the price for this mic based on it's audio quality.
Manufacturer Support
Haven't even bothered calling tech support for my issue because RFI interference in audio equipment is usually a design issue and not something that can be fixed.
The Wow Factor
The orange/gold mesh mixed with the blued metal handle is pretty hot looking.
