I have very small ears and a very narrow ear canal. I bought these hoping that the smallest ear tips (XS) would work, but I was not able to get a seal at all even when I followed the instructions for how to insert them properly. I tried contacting Audio Technica to see about whether there were any comply foam ear tips compatible or if there were XXS ear tips I could buy, but they were unable to give me any solutions. And I couldn't return them through zZounds 45 day return policy because they are in ears. Because they would not stay in my ears well, they constantly would fall out and onto the floor if I couldn't catch them in time. With how often they fell on the floor, the right earbud broke after 15 days. And since the right earbud controls the bluetooth pairing, I can't even just use the left earbud. I should have just bought the Bose wireless earbuds since I already know the smallest ear tips on the QC20s work for my ears.
