I think that I'm going to say that this amp is perfect for me and that it's staying for a long time in my collection.
Sound
You can get a few different sounds out of it just by adjusting the knobs in different combinations. It's fairly loud enough for what I play. It can get a very nice vintage tone. The subharmonics feature is pretty cool because it adds an octave lower to what you play. I only wished that it had a tweeter to liven up the highs a bit.
Features
I like the simple controls because I usually get frustrated with amps with so many knobs. I don't think it really needs any more added to it.
Ease of Use
It's pretty easy to get different sounds out of it. I would only change the knobs only when I would record, but at gigs, I would only find a good sound, then keep it there. As I said before, the controls are quite simple and perfect for me.
Quality
I say it's perfect for what it is. It's not too big or heavy and it's built great. It did have a cracked flange on the subharmonics knob (I bought this amp used and the guy said it broke during shipping.), but it still plays great.
Value
It's a nice all rounder amp. You can play it at gigs and practice on it. I bought this used and I have to say that the price was reasonable. It was used 4 months, and I paid cheaper than what it is, but I would have paid a little higher. If youre considering buying this amp, this amp is a good choice for it's price.
Manufacturer Support
I decided to call Ashdown and see if they could get me a replacement knob. They simply asked for my address and said they were going to send it. I was suprised they didn't say there was any charge or shipping and handling! So I asked them if there was, and they said no! I was pretty surprised! I have to say that's good service for a simple little thing!
The Wow Factor
I don't think that people would consider this amp to die for, but it looks cool because I don't see many of these around. It's a cool little amp with the cool blue color and just then name of it sounds cool: Electric Blue. I think it would look very cool if there were some glowing lights for the speakers, but that's just my opinion.

this amp rocks.
Sound
this amp rocks! i got this amp to keep up with my drummer who was drownding me out but now i find my self haveing to turn it down at times. the sound is great the sub-harmonics really fill out the sound. it gets a little fuzzy if absoultly cranked but i never had to go that high (i just wanted to).
Features
this has every thing i need and more. the effects loop is a great feature and the VU gage is really helpfull when playing really loud music. the sub-harmonic generator creats a semi-tube sound that really fills out the high notes. i just love this amp!
Quality
this amp is rugged beyond beliefe! it's been droped a few times and had extreamly heavy stuff piled on it and it still keeps comeing. shoot... i jumped off it once and managed to put a hole in my drummers wall but it still kept going.
Value
it's worth every penny. cant get a bette ramp for the price.
The Wow Factor
this amp is almost as sexy as me!
