So Let me start by first saying I love my audio Fuse But the customer service is a joke I have wrote them at least once a month since it broke and started the notorious flashing lights error the company just doesn't care after they have your money and ZZ will not help so I cant recommend. When I called zZounds 4 months ago I was told I would need to contact the manufacturer. Emailed them several time with no response But they sure send junk mail. It seems to me they know that if the company Arturia doesn't contact me by Dec they are off the hook and I'm out about 600 dollars they are known as being terrible at customer service so no surprise and nothing else I can do except buy a new device . And still no studio. I was a faithful customer until this happened and now once my last product I own on I is paid for I will be finding another company to spend my money with Because the people they do Business with like Arturia are making them look really bad to their customer base in my opinion and the trust just isn't there no more and I'm not taking anymore chances to be ripped off again.

This interface was amazing...for the 35 days it worked. When I bought the Arturia MK88 a month earlier, I was blown away by the great design, engineering and build quality of it, so I tried another Arturia product and like I said, it was awesome while it worked. Thankfully zZounds customer service was absolutely awesome to work with and made it right.
