After 4 gigs it turns on but has no sound. I was thinking about getting another one because the thing has pretty clear sound (little muddy in the bass not as punchy as I would have thought) but all in all sounded pretty good. Contacted warranty service and was directed to a web site where I had to initiate a chat. I ended speaking with a tech who is going to email me a label within 24 hours so I can mail mine back for a replacement. So service seems to be ok. I like the product especially for the price. Just hope the new one lasts longer.

I’m a Christian singer/songwriter. I bought these on a whim(plus zZounds great payment plan!) to use for my solo music minstry. I also bought the TX308’s for monitors, and I couldn’t be happier!! Lightweight, crisp, clear sound and plenty of low end! If I upgrade in the future, it’ll be ALTO!!

I've got 3 of these Alto TX312's I had only 1 issue with 1 speaker and that was after the 1st hour of use it shut off I trouble shooter it and it was an power issue. zZounds sent out a replacement and have had no further problems out of either speaker. I have had Amp issues out of the box with Peavey, Kustom, Mackie even Yamaha out of the box all Amp issues so this came to no surprise and knew exactly what to do. Over all great sound.
