I'm going to be 100% honest. I bought a TS212 sub & TS410 PA system and love it. I am a pro musician that toured with David Sanborn for 10 years and still play with The Brothers Johnson filling in for deceased Louis Johnson. I have my own band and we play around LA. I bought the PA system and it is great. I have two EV ZAX1's that we used as floor monitors. One of the tweeters blew and I was going to order another tweeter from EV...but it was going to cost $225...for a tweeter! Do I looked at Alto and thought, " I can get two TX310's for $75 more. So I went for it. I decided to test them side by side and just as I suspected!! The Alto TX310's are louder, clearer and the low end is more defined that the EV - ZAX1's. Alto is a great company..making quality, well made, affordable PA gear for the working musician. I'm Alto from here on out. Where do I sign up??!
