First time using Alto speakers and 30 years Audio experience in live and playback music, tried all the way from Stone Peavey, QSC, EV, JBL, Mackie, Crown & Cerwin Vega, etc. my fave still QSC K 2 series. From that, I would rate the TS Alto series 4 (TS412) as the best punch and features for the buck because of the quality and price. Sound it's very dynamic with lack of clear highs and ok lows keeping in mind that is a 12, the rated 2500w could be Dynamic sound but loud enough to compare it to any other big rivals, great feature of Bluetooth for media not to mention the pairing mode to link 2 speakers it makes small g's and djs an easy setup. The App is useful to control volume but the EQ is very ugly design. I heard of BT connection issues but so far so good. My recommendation is, if you're in a budget and wants to get the best for the $3 hundred's there is no better option than Alto SP. This speaker sounds really good as a bluetooth speaker. I enjoy listening to it with the eq set at dj. Had also purchased some alto subs and they sounded really good. Very loud as well. For the price you can't go wrong with the alto brand.

I have always loved the clarity of ALTO speakers. But what I found for my use is that since I need something that I can really punch it. For church we would need at least the pair of 12' plus the subwoofers. I think I have the volume too loud because it doesn't sound the way I remember ALTO sounding. wish there was a way to return it and get what I need. I might be going with the BOSE. For a small venue or other applications this might work. I will end up using this one as a monitor probably or for birthday parties here at my house.
