Tried two of these units and both were DOA factory sealed from the factory. I was buying to upgrade from my ZenGo because tech support said that was my problem (err... that their products don't work as promised..?). I've tried for 18 months to resolve issues with Antelope desktop units and finally have given up. Their plugins sound great but when they stop working randomly or don't load with the saved session or only work sometimes and not others always despite the best efforts of their over worked tech support that they're obligated to have 21 hours a day just to keep customers from flying to Bulgaria in person to tell them off... it doesn't matter how good they look on paper. RUN AWAY. And look for patterns in other negative reviews from guys who have actually worked with them for a while. I'm not the exception.
