"Greatest 12 String Guitar Ever Made!"

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
I purchased an Alvarez AJ60SC-6 string about 15 years ago while in college, she has bested Taylors and hangs in with Martins every day of the week. I've had my eye on a 12 string for quite sometime and just happened to come across a matching AJ60SC-12 recently and couldn't NOT purchase this guitar. She is amazing, full bodied, crisp, clear angelic notes seem to flow and float out of this amazing instrument, I couldn't put a higher rating on anything I've ever played. If you're looking for a 12 string this my friend is simply the best money can buy and she can be stole at $350 if you look carefully... to top that off great onboard electronics! I can promise I will leave this world with my mating pair of AJ60SCs in my possession to pass down to my children!

This one is a keeper. Unless I win the Powerball and can afford a Guild, I will have this guitar for a long, long time.
Sound
Absolutely the best sounding 12-string in this price range that I have played. Sounds better than some of the more expensive ones as well. I like the additional volume you get from a solid top and Jumbo size, too.
Features
Nice, versatile electronics. Beautiful finish, tastefully done.
Ease of Use
Great action, easy to play.
Quality
Excellent construction. The tuners are still a little tight but perhaps they will loosen up with time. I have been playing for over 40 years but this is the first new guitar I have ever bought so I will wait and see about the tuners.
Value
I did a lot of shopping in music stores and online before I bought this axe and you can't beat it, especially if you get one that is blemished for $160 discount.
The Wow Factor
I like simple, elegant design. This guitar fits the bill for me. If you prefer ornate or gaudy instruments, try something else.
