"Rock On with the Ultimate Expierance"
FOR SO Long, I expect to be satified with this for years and years and years! it has so many dynamic features, plus a USB which it's sounds can be used in so many songs, it also is MADE for my kinda music. (note it's made for any music but I like making synth pop or dance primarily with a synthisizer or keyboard) but it just ROCKS~!
Sound
The piano is the only thing that's not the best for this, but it's still good. The synth, audio quality, not to mention drum (base) editor. It's great, I love the sound. so reall....
Features
The features are crazy Go0d~!!! Theres so many sounds and voices on it. i can't even tell you the possiblity's. It's crazy. Filters, EQ, adds on to it!
Ease of Use
I put an 8 because it'snot the easiest thing in the world to use if your going to get into mass detail, but like alot of keyboards it's easy to use, to getting to your sounds, and songs, and all that read on it and it will work. Theres alot of details which shows it's a ggreat keyboard.
Quality
Great quality,. The price of this shows definetaly that the quality is amazing. The features r so Cool! I'ts like a 5000 dollar keyboard for 1200 or 1500 on sale thats great. Alesis has definetallly o9utdone themselfvess.!
Value
Yes, compared to it's price, it sticks out compared to other keyboards as a real good one. This is a value for it's price, for sure.
Manufacturer Support
As I said before with alot of typo;s ;) alesis has outdone themselves with this keyboard, I definetaly notice that they make therer technological stuff, but every now and then they pop up something that will makr music forever for example there SR-16 drum machine~!
The Wow Factor
It looks so cool on the outside, and is the same on the inside, I WANT IT. I've wanted it forever, and now i have it, it rocks!

"simply amazing"
I expect to be satisfied for like probably max 5 years. it's nice, but by then I can get a whole studio. and i wont' just get rid of it, i will use it but with combinations of other keyboards, etc.
I mean i've heard proffessional songs using the generic no effects programs on here, thats got to tell you something;-)
Sound
Unbelievable. This keyboard is the ultimate workstation. I couldn't believe when I used it. Like any top notch keyboard it is a bit difficult to use when compressing your recording. But the only plausable flaw is that some of the piano sounds, etc aren't the best. But with the intuitive effects processing, you can easy manipulate any song to sound great.
Features
Not bad. The features such as effects, the quality of audio can be easily improved, I also found that the audio track editor for pre producing was very helpful. And how you could and change everything including the programed sounds AFTER recording was just great.
Ease of Use
Well when I first got it, yeah it was complicated and a bit confusing, but now thinkiing about it's actually very easy to use thinking of our complex and proffessional it is.
Quality
The quality is perfect what can I say, it looked beautiful, a nice little scren, eq, base, effects, and frequency control really helped.
Value
Beautiful offear
Manufacturer Support
The company really helped with manuals and such but really you learn all of this on your own (refear to ease of use sec.)
The Wow Factor
its' beautiful looking, i like the sheak look to it. maybe not as good as looking as the korg triton, this is still pretty good.

"Alesis Fusion 8HD (Klaus Schulze) version"
The presets could disappoint you but with a little tweaking you can bring them to live. The result is Its very very convincing. The VA (ION) and FM (DX7) synthese are wonderfull. Key action is superb (with aftertouch) but not to heavy.Have more then 15.000 multisamples on the HD and I can acces them alle very fast. Good effects (2 bus) too. Very modern (80 GB Hardisk), USB, Cards, second HD, can output the programmable arppegiator to your sequencer (in my case a MV8800). Good sturdy controls. If you want something different from the Roland, Motif and Korg line this could be your secret weapon. And its beautifull too.Yes I would buy 'm again and again

"The most complete workstation"
Sound
Sound is great, and the free libraris from Hollow sun and Vstrem are really great too. I think that the piano sound presets are a little bit lazy, but changing some things its remediable. Anyway, great sounds.
Ease of Use
The instrument is very intuitive, and the manual is very useful too.
Quality
Brilliant
Value
The best, comparing with other machines.
The Wow Factor
I want it...i have it ^^

"The New pResident Of The World: Alesis Fusion 8HD"
I recommend you to buy this one because it's very good value... just alesis got to work a lil' bit on the piano sounds cause i think it's a lil poor... it's perfect to have in your studio.. or just to play in a band... but for better piano samples you gotta sample some real good sound on it
Sound
The piano sound cloud be better but it's still the best...for better piano sounds i recommend a roland workstation.
Features
the build it 8-channel mixer is pretty fine to work with... but it must've had mic input and it would've been better then but it's still good
Ease of Use
it's very easy to work with the fusion 8hd... but if u read the manual it owuld be a lot easier to work with.. but still its great valeu.
Quality
it's very good. i think it has a really good quality. it's very heavy aslo.. i think it's made out of really good material
Value
It's the perfect valeu.. i bought nmine at a price of usd1399.. for a worksation 88-key it's very good...
Manufacturer Support
the alesis is so perfect that u don't need to use the warranty. i have for almost a year now and i never got myself into trouble..

Alesis Fusion 8 Customer Review
Sound
I Like the overall sound of the Fusion. The Sound Quality dosent have the luster of a triton, unless u get into developing your own sounds. (i own a triton too) As far as having more synths, more overall banks, and the ability to keep upgrading with your own sounds its unbeatable.i have all my after market drums kits... from Dre to storch to neptunes.Try doin this with a fantom triton or a motif. Another handy feature, when seperating tracks, a onboard eq is there so when ur bouncing down to pro tools or sonar or whatever u use, u can always do your pre production before hand, which is always a plus. As far as making the product sound better i recommend a avalon or a apogee processor as i would for any keyboard. It may take u a day to learn but after that, u got 32 tracks to work with, instead of runnin out at 16....
