While this unit works well with regular ice cubes, it also works extremely well with dry ice. The fog seems to stay low longer with dry ice. Both the regular fog juice and low floor fog juice work, but the low floor fog juice works better for some reason, so it's best to get the low floor juice if you want better effect out of the unit.

only tried it out in the living room but it keeps the fog low. the fog does rise after a few minutes unlike dry ice fog.

This is a nice fog machine, the fog will rise but it does come out nice and low and it puts out a nice fog. great for enhancing any light show, very easy to use.

The product was not built very well and leaked the first time I used it. I had to caulk and water proof the whole inside and glue down the foam. I used ice cubes with the low fog liquid, and it came out low but shortly after rose and smoked up the whole dance floor. I tried to use it a second time and the same thing happened. Im going to try dry ice next time, but right now I would not recommend this product. Poor construction and even poorer at what it says its supposed to do, which is lay a low laying fog.
