"Worst Users Guide in Creations"

Overall: 3.5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
With better users guide and tech support I would rate it a 10.
Sound
The instrument simulations are great.
Features
It comes with great features.
Quality
No complaints there.
Manufacturer Support
I was placed on hold for more than forty minutes only to discover that the tech rep knew nothing about the product. Tech rep could not even find the requested steps in the users guide.
The Wow Factor
I have it but because of the users guide I am seriously considering returning the instrument.
