I constantly try to upgrade things. In the category of acoustic guitars, I'm done for a long time.

Sound
As soon as I walked into my local Guitar Center, I headed into the acoustic room, and the Breedlove was the first guitar I picked up. It was on the wall with Martin's and Taylors twice it's price but shone above them all. The action, the features, the size, the looks, and mainly the sound told me I had to have this guitar. Fast forward to me walking in with my Jaguar and a couple hundred in cash and still falling short, I decided maybe it was time I signed my life away in a high interest store credit card. But alas! Zzounds had my guitar, and gave me the option to split the payment into four without cornering me into debt! I ordered that day, and got the guitar the next! A brand new guitar, not one that every Joe Schmuck scratched up. But, to be on topic, the exotic woods used in this guitar give it a huge sound from a parlor sized guitar. Plugged in sound is great, but no plugged in sound will beat a properly mic'd guitar and this thing shimmers in recordings, I barely have to EQ a thing! Everyone of my friends that picks this guitar up has a hard time giving it back!

Features
The guitar came double boxed in a gig bag, the gig bag is pretty solid, but because of my deep affection for this guitar it went right into a hard case. The battery and 1/4 are on the bottom, and the fact that the 1/4 jack is in the strap-button read more is pretty nifty. Speaking of strap-button's, the other is on the back of the neck's bottom, angled and such. It hangs like an electric, and I really dig that because it feels more natural for my playing style. The built in tuner light's up bright and is more accurate than the $20 special Korg I was using before.

Ease of Use
This is the best playing acoustic I have ever picked up under $2500, and the price difference is phenomenal!

Quality
When I first got the guitar out, someone pointed out the knots in the Sitka and thought they were blemishes. After a good laugh, I played the guitar and their jaw dropped. I plan on making this guitar last a lifetime.

Value
This guitar is worth every penny, if it were made in the U.S. it would sell for twice as much.

Manufacturer Support
I have no plan on dealing with Breedlove anytime soon, at least until I've saved enough for a Masterclass with a similar build to this guitar.

The Wow Factor
It doesn't have some of the sharper looks of the U.S. Breedloves, but the Sitka and Bubinga look, well, sexy.
