Dive deep into the sounds of the Walrus Audio Fathom in our exclusive vide:

The Fathom features 4 different algorithms. Hall, Plate, Lo-fi and Sonar, which gives a tip of the hat to its older brother, the Descent with a blendable shimmer/octave. Each algorithm can be modified with the “X” knob changing pre-delay, filter width or mix low and high octaves, respectively. A three-way toggle also offers very tasteful amounts of modulation to your trails.

With four sub-divisions, trails mode, momentary functions on both stomp switches, a small footprint and a sub $200 price point, the Fathom will appeal to players of all genres.

The Fathom comes in a “Arizona Teal” finish with cream and white ink. Artwork by illustrator Stuart Dooley features a lone one manned sub lost in the chasmic depths searching for the origins of the mysterious Julia.

I do not know where to start. I have been using a lot of reverb pedals like Eventide , Lexicon , Digitech , Electro Harmonix , Boss ….name it. Bought this unit week ago . Needed some reverb pedal which is simple in use , have hall and plate reverb and sounds great when connected straight to high gain amp. I'm using Laney AOR 100 MV which doesn't have onboard reverb and it loop is +8 dB . Sound of this reverb is totally fantastic . It has probably best decay I ever heard in reverb pedal. Since I always have a problem with decay adjustment in other pedals , with Walrus it goes very smooth . Also modulation switch is very useful. You can adjust strength of modulated signal , but the smartest thing is sustain switch which actually work as expression pedal By pressing it you got endless sustained ambient decrescendo and it sounds really amazing. In general you got very high quality reverb pedal which is not that expensive ( also not cheap) , very simple in use and totally great sounding ., I gave it 5 stars in every category . I didn't use yet manufacturer support and my five stars is just in advance for Walrus. I have read before opinion of other users about walrus support, and everybody loved it, so for now they have my 5 stars.
