I had a takamine ef381 that was my favorite 12 string guitar. I was going to get the gd38 12 because it looks just like the ef381. But this one has the same tone woods as the ef381. The finger spacing is nice on this guitar came set up perfectly. The quality off this guitar is as good as the Japanese ones I've had a few.
