The GD34CE is a classic-looking cutaway dreadnought that is inspired by Takamine's Legacy Series EF341SC. Carrying much of the EF341SC's look and appointments, this value packed G-Series guitar is a gorgeous, great sounding instrument. Deriving its core sound from a solid spruce top with sapele back and sides, this dreadnought is pure Takamine in its voice; shimmery, bold, and booming. Bought this from zZounds because they’re awesome. I’ve bought many from them and it’s always perfection from cradle to grave. I had an EF341SC in my previous life and really loved it but wasn’t ready to chuck out $2000 on a new one so I went with the GD34CE. Wow! I literally can’t tell the difference between the two. It sounds amazing,the fit and finish were perfect and it feels awesome in my hands. This guitar is a whole lot of bang for the buck. If you’re considering one don’t hesitate, you’ll be happy you didn’t.
