"BEST BASS AMP COMBO EVER MADE in my 25 years of experience"
I have found no reason to take my 810 or two 410's to stack anymore to a show. For one, I am just not as strong as I used to be, so it takes all my effort to carry in a big rig. Two, the SWR Super Redhead has proven to be all I need. It sounds FANTASTIC. for one. Paired with my Peavey Cirrus bass, there is no better sound.
I can get any tone I want and I have never had to turn up all the way. In fact, I have to turn down in some cases and I am not even being D.I.'d. I have my SWR Goliath III to add to my rig if I need 450w and a 610, but so far, the small foot print of the SWR Super Redhead is all I need to play with rock bands in clubs that have two Les Paul's and a keyboard player.
At only 80lbs, this power to weight ratio for the lazy musician like I am is a no brainer. I HATE carrying gear, but I love to play all night.
BEST bass combo ever ....
