Sound
The EMG's sound great whether you are playing clean or distorted. They are bright, punchy, and responsive.

Features
no accessories, However, the pickup swith in nicely placed. The inlays look much better in person than they do online. I was a little worried about those at first but they grown on me. The arch top is very well done.

Ease of Use
The only learning curve you may face is if you are coming from a 6 string to this. I moved from a 7 string so it only took a couple of hours to get used to the 8th string. The action was pretty typical if you are used to Ibanez or Jacksons you will find the action is very similar. The neck is cut more like a Jacksons so if you are used to the wizard II necks on ibanez that may take a small period of adjustment.

Quality
the guitar is rock solid. it feels like a boulder on my shoulder. it's finish was impeccable. far far beyond what i had expected for this price range. the guitar does not go out of tune. you can gig with it leave it in the case for a couple of days and when you get it back out to practice it is still in tune. the sustain lasts FOREVER even unplugged or on a small practice amp. there is no bad aspect of quality at all.

Value
i've owned guitars that cost 3 even 4 times more than this cost and it is the only guitar read more that i have owned that out of the box required no custom setup. it played and sounded the way i wanted it too. it outplays every guitar i have ever owned.

Manufacturer Support
i did use support to register the warranty rather than send in the card. they were very quick to respond and very polite and helpful.

The Wow Factor
it's appearance is beyond reproach...it is impeccable. I have the crimson red finish and the quilted maple looks outstanding. the finish is perfect.
