I feel like this will be a bass that I will have forever and i will always play even after i build up a collection of basses.

Sound
The sound on this thing is amazing. The EMG's really sound great. In bridge position you can get a sound very much inbetween a jazz bass and stingray. In neck position you get a very unique tone. They sound well mixed also. The active preamp helps you tweak things to get just about anything you want. I haven't played it live yet but as long as you change your battery every 3-6 months and they're not cheapo batteries you should be ok with it not failing on you live and sounding crappy. This bass is good for those that want a tone that can get them heard in a mix

Features
It came strung with D'addario strings instead of those crappy sounding Ernie Ball's that a lot of stock basses and guitars tend to have so thats a plus however the battery in the bass was dead and needed to be replaced because right out of the box because when I plugged it in it made no sound whatsoever now it has plenty of output thanks to duracell(the stock batteries were Econpower or something like that)

Ease of Use
This is the easiest to use bass i've ever played. It has a two band eq which is simple Treble and Bass. It is very easy to get the sounds you want out of it. With a good enough ear for tone I bet you can replicate the many classic sounds of the most well known basses. The body read more is comfortable for sitting and standing. The neck feels amazing. I can play so fast on this thing

Quality
This is a quality instrument. The finish is good and is truly beautiful. No loose parts or cosmetic blemishes. very reliable. You can depend on it however get a spare because even the best of the best can break down and because it's active with no passive mode and you might forget to change the battery you should try investing in a spare. The bass will work good on the road is my guess. I have yet to discover its worst aspect in quality. It seems like it will last.

Value
It is worth way more than its selling price definately
