Overview

The Sterling by Music Man StingRay SR50 harkens back to the first and original Music Man guitar design now reimagined and updated. It features 2 creamy Ernie Ball Music Man spec humbuckers, Vintage Tremolo, and an oversized 4 + 2 headstock with locking tuning machines.

Comfortable curves and contours of the African mahogany body, coupled with familiar ergonomic features and controls make the StingRay one with the player.

Big Bold Sound

Two rich and creamy humbucker pickups custom wound and formulated to Music Man specifications rock your blues away through a combination of 3 way switching and single volume/tone controls.

Univaled Tuning Stability

The two-point, bent steel saddle "Vintage Tremolo," oversized Music Man 4 + 2 headstock providing straight string pull, and factory equipped Ernie Ball Slinky strings keep you in tone and in tune.

Once you string this guitar up with your favorite strings you won't be disappointed. I've been playing this at home for a couple of weeks and I tell you the humbuckers are quite versatile-jazz cleans to overdrive, you can wear this over your shoulder all night without switching guitars!
