These sound great. Timbres are accurate. Drums have punch. Build is good and sturdy. They look nice. Shortcoming: faint hiss.

Sound
I considered the 6's but for my small home studio the 5's are perfect. They needed a couple of days to break in. If I were mixing stuff with a lot of sub-bass I'd think about adding the Ayra Pro 10. Sound is immediate. Timbres are specific, not rounded off. It's true without being ugly or nasal. Soundstage is good -- consistent image with some depth; though not much height, and it doesn't go wider than the monitors. My only complaint about these: like a lot of monitors, they put out a faint hiss while powered on regardless of settings or signal. If you turn them off when you're not using them then it won't matter.

Features
Ended up not needing the tone switches for treble and bass, but every room is different so it's good they're there. I could see maybe using the -1dB treble switches if you mix loud.

Ease of Use
I have these on Iso-Acoustics stands, toed in about 45 degrees, with the midpoint between the drivers aimed just in front of my ears, from about 4 feet away. They're fed by an Audient Evo 4 using balanced cables. I set the gain on the monitors around 30% (there's a stop at 50%, otherwise you have to eyeball it) and I vary the gain on the Evo from around 15% to 25%. They get plenty loud.

Quality
Packaging is secure and read more also looks nice. The one thing about the appearance I would change is to make the white LED at the bottom a little less bright. It's not bad but a faint glow would be enough. At least it's not blue!

Value
These are underappreciated. It seems like nobody's heard of them. I'm glad I took a gamble on these.
