200 watts in an enclosure small enough to fit on your pedalboard? It sounds crazy, but that's what you'll get with the Quilter Pro Block 200 guitar amp head.

The Quilter Pro Block 200 is a next-generation guitar head powerful enough to take on even the most heavyweight amp, but light enough and small enough to cozy up on your board with your favorite pedals. With rack mounting options, you can even build the ultimate stereo amplifier for your rack modelers. With all the tone of Quilter Lab's next generation solid state technology, it is going to feel like you plugged into a tube amp. All analog, no emulation, just amazing tone.

Get the most power in the smallest possible package. From the pedalboard to the rack, the Pro Block delivers on the promise of lightweight, next generation Quilter tone in the most diminutive of packages.

Next-generation Quilter overdrive delivers quieter and more capable tone from incredible cleans to powerful overdrive. With Quilter's proprietary Direct Out you can further simplify your setup and plug straight into the console.

You decide where you want your reverb and time based effects, before or after gain. Too much high? Notch it out. Not enough spongy sag? Turn up the limiter. The Pro Block carries the torch of the Tone Block even further as a fully functional head.

This is now the fourth Quilter I own. They're all great sounding, but this has the right combination of features and performance for me. Small format SUPER LOUD Very low noise, even at high gain settings, which indicates the quality components inside and smart engineering for quality first. Love the limiter for controlled clean tones and for protecting speakers Reverb is very lush and versatile yet simple to use Tone controls are very effective once you learn how to work with them I enjoy the looks on people's faces when they HEAR this tiny thing through the tiny 2x8" cab I use. It looks unthreatening and harmless... reminds me of that Monty Python scene... "I tried to warn you.. but Nooo, it's just a little F@$kin bunny you said!" If you're a JAZZer, look no further. This is much more portable yet less expensive than all the boutique amps I've ever used. I use both the two by eight speaker rig AND the HD 1 x 12" HD rig. Both are super light and sound amazing. The 12 inch is very clean, neutral, not "shouty." If you want to ROCK, just power your favorite cab with this little monster! I've used it with Marshal 4 x 12, Celestion 2 x 12, a custom 2 x 10 and a small line array. The Balanced XLR out has a very nice speaker emulation, so you can go direct to-house with no microphone hassles. That has come in handy at venues where we must play at low stage volume, yet management wants to pipe the sound through several rooms of a restaurant. It's also neat on big outdoor gigs. read more The sound guy usually seems happy because he can't imagine how my guitar would be too loud, and he gets a direct out instead of a mic with bleed. Then the fun begins! Get one. As a session player, I would have KILLED to have something this strong and great sounding traipsing around LA 40 years ago. It's the best little amp I've ever seen. Just incredible.
