As with Series III consoles, the StudioLive 16R is fully recallable and features a plug-in-style signal-processing workflow with vintage-style EQ and compression options on every channel; 6 FlexMixes that can be Aux, Subgroup, or Matrix mixes; 6-band fully parametric EQ on all mix outputs; and built-in AVB networking. In addition to 18x18 USB and 32x32 AVB recording interfaces, the StudioLive 16R features an onboard stereo SD recorder.

Fat Channel plug-ins are virtual signal processors that load in your StudioLive mixer's Fat Channel, expanding your Fat Channel processor library much like plug-ins do in a DAW. All are state-modeled to accurately produce the sound and response of the original hardware processors and add new dimensions and texture to your mixes.
