Loaded with two Celestion Greenback 25 speakers, this Peavey 2x12 cabinet is built from 18mm plywood, finished with classy black tolex and grille cloth.

No matter how good your amp is, the speaker cabinet must also be top quality to have a great tone. The Peavey 212-6 has 18mm plywood construction and 2 premium Celestion Greenback 25 speakers. The back of the cabinet is convertible for changing the cabinet to an open back configuration. The white piping gives the black grill and black tolex a nice finished look. A stereo/mono input cup, rubber feet and metal corners complete the package. Great quality, great look, great tone and great value!

After quite a bit of searching around, I stumbled across this cab and figured you usually can't go wrong with Peavey (for durability anyway) and coupled with 2 Celestion Green Backs for this price?! Had to give it a shot. Glad I did. Very versatile cab, can run 16 ohm stereo or 8 ohm mono, removable back so can run closed or open. Just what I needed. I run mostly open back, just my preference, but closed back sounds pretty decent, much more punchy.
