Peterson PitchGrabber Mobile Tuning Clip
Peterson's PitchGrabber clips to an instrument and utilizes a piezo pickup and 1/8" TRRS plug to send pitch signal to your phone's tuning app.
Overview
The PitchGrabber Mobile tuning pickup easily and safely clamps on to virtually any musical instrument and captures the pitch using its piezo pickup sending it directly to your mobile tuning application. The PitchGrabber Mobile uses the headphone/mic input of your mobile device to completely isolate the sound of your instrument and provide a direct input path to your tuning application.
Compatible with Android devices using a 3.5mm input and all iPhones including the iPhone 7 series when used with the Lightining to 3.5mm adaptor. Lightning-to-audio adaptor is not included.
- WORKS WITH YOUR APPLE LIGHTNING ADAPTOR: Fully compatible with iPhones that require a lightning-to-audio adaptor due to not having a headphone jack. Connect the adaptor to your phone, plug the PitchGrabber in, and launch your favorite tuning app!
- VERSATILE: Wide jaws clip on to the lead pipe, barrel of a flute, or any round tubing on horns without marring the instrument. An 8' (243cm) long, fabric wrapped cord permits free movement while using the PitchGrabber and also allows tangle-free use with larger instruments (like Tuba horns).
- PERFECT FOR EDUCATORS: Use with a variety of instruments and tuning apps to totally isolate it from any other sound in the room permitting confident tuning even in the noisiest environments
