"Monster RCA cables are TOO good?"
Verified Customer

for a busy gigging pro i'd say no. for a person who installs soundsystems for clubs and home theaters, they are win.
Sound
The sound of the product is top top notch. There is less noise in monster than most cables. the product is best used in a permanent installation. Live setting may prove to be difficult as the connections are rough on RCA jacks on gear.
Features
The best features on the product are the all gold plating and the heaving sheathing on the cable. it's assuredly not going to break.
Ease of Use

Quality
It is on par with Whirlwind in it's build quality. The company spends a ton of time researching its product and marketing it. the ONLY problem with RCA cables from monster is that they are too strong! The cables latch on to RCA outs on gear and loosen the solder attached to the rca jacks on the gear over time. also if you're tearing down after a live gig really fast you stand a good chance of ruining your gear if you use these cables. the best use for these cables is in home theater or permanent stereo installations. it's the perfect plug and forget cable. but for demanding djs who need to unplug and replug rca jacks constantly for digital djing. it sucks!
Value
monster cables are worth the lifetime guarantee investment.
Manufacturer Support
there is usually a lifetime guarantee opn the product but not the product the cables break.
The Wow Factor
they are very nice cables. but they aren't for everyone.
