Using the current production OD808 as a launch pad, Robert Keeley developed his "Max-Gain Mod" for this limited-edition 40th Anniversary Maxon OD808 pedal.

To celebrate the 40th anniversary of the release of the Maxon OD808 Overdrive, Maxon has partnered with some of the industry's top boutique effect designers to create limited edition versions of their favorite 808 circuit mods.

Using the current-production OD808 as a launch pad, Robert Keeley has developed his "Max-Gain Mod." A realization of the 808 mods he's always wanted, the Max-Gain Mod creates a very hot, stacked-gain sounding overdrive that is everything a stock OD808 is, just maxed out - a real fire breather!

With a limited production of 400 units, the Maxon 40th Anniversary Keeley-modded OD808 is destined to take its place amongst the legendary pedals it has descended from.
