Overview

Swift, deadly and affordable, Jackson JS Series guitars take an epic leap forward, making it easier than ever to get classic Jackson tone, looks and playability without breaking the bank. The JS Series Dinky Arch Top JS22 DKA has a lightweight and resonant mahogany body with arched top, bolt-on maple neck with graphite reinforcement and scarf joint, 12"-16" compound radius Amaranth fingerboard with 24 jumbo frets and pearloid sharkfin inlays, plus stylish fingerboard and headstock binding. Powered by direct mount dual high-output Jackson humbucking pickups with ceramic magnets, the JS22 DKA also features master volume and tone controls, three-way blade switching, a two-point fulcrum tremolo bridge, black hardware and sealed die-cast tuners.

Let me start off by saying that this guitar arrived to me packaged BETTER than my $800 Ibanez I ordered. Out of the box, it was already set up to my liking which was a shock. I took a chance on this guitar being that it dropped to $200 and wanted to try a Jackson out. I am simply amazed and thought to myself, if this $200 Jackson wow'd me, I can't imagine one that is of higher quality.For the price, it truly is an incredible instrument. The pickups don't do bad at all, I like how the whammy bar just pops in/out, not screwed in, the Satin Black finish is very nice, kind of like a matte finish. I am here to say you will not be disappointed in this guitar at all. Great guitar for beginners, kids, or even someone who has been playing a while like myself.Great job Jackson! My next purchase on here will be another Jackson.
