"Excellent guitar (once the setup is corrected)"

I would definitely say that this product will keep me satisfied. This is not my primary guitar, but it works perfectly in those situations that require a tremelo. I would definitely buy this guitar again.
Sound
I like the feel and the sound of the guitar. The tuning holds well when using the bar. Would prefer active pickups, but these hold up nicely.
Features
I like the setup of the guitar. The bar was awkward at first, but I'm getting used to it. The floating bridge was tough for palm-muting, too, but that was a familiarity issue, not a problem with the guitar.
Ease of Use
Very playable guitar. Strap placement is odd, but that's expected with the body-style.
Quality
This was a frustration point for me. I had to bring the guitar to a technician upon receipt of the instrument, as the strings were buzzing on the upper frets. Part of this issue turned out to be a defect with the model of guitar, but could have been dealt with prior to shipping. The downside of buying a guitar online, I guess. The upside is that, once the defect was dealt with, the guitar has been a blast to play!
Value
For the price, I'm very impressed with the quality of the instrument and the hardware. I expected to pay significantly more for a guitar of this caliber, so I've been quite happy with it.

The tech I used to fix the guitar was a certified Jackson tech, so I didn't have to play middle-man. Based on the fact that it was successfully repaired, I believe the support to be excellent.
The Wow Factor
I like the body design. Flashy, but not hideously dated. I bought it specifically to have a guitar with a Floyd Rose, so it absolutely meets my needs.
