The Prestige series represents the combination of cutting-edge manufacturing techniques and old-world Japanese craftsmanship. Ibanez has added some exciting tweaks to the RG5000s to attract the modern-day players. Develop your range, tone and technique with these high performance Prestige guitars.

To create guitars that are beyond the best, Ibanez carefully developed the modern specifications. The RG5000s feature Stainless Steel frets for a bright tone, long durability and smoothness, a rigid 5-piece Maple/Wenge neck; a beautiful wood grain fretboard, Made-in-Japan Luminlay side dots and the most cutting-edge pickups.

The RG5320-CSW has a beautiful color contrast between the Cosmic Shadow finish on the top and the Natural finish on the body sides and back.

This RG5320 features a Macassar Ebony fretboard and African Mahogany body. The RG5320's Super Wizard HP neck and the meticulous Prestige fret edge treatment provide extra-smooth playing. The DiMarzio Fusion Edge pickups, the result of a direct collaboration between DiMarzio and Ibanez, provide great clarity and a very smooth response, satisfying the current demands of players in today's progressive metal scene. The Lo-Pro Edge bridge offers maximum playing comfort due to its streamlined profile and recessed fine tuners. A hard-shell case is included.

Apart from the astoundingly bad fret dressing done on this guitar, I would give this a five star rating. It's beautiful, sounds amazing, and apart from the fret ends (which I'll get into), the neck is great.But I'm really disappointed in the fret ends on this guitar. I've heard so many great things about the Ibanez Prestige line and I've been dreaming of owning one for a while, so when I felt how incredibly jagged and sharp the fret ends are it was extremely disappointing. I'm honestly astounded that the people at zZounds actually felt comfortable shipping this thing out. I'm guessing they were just hoping for someone like me who wouldn't want to deal with the hassle of returning it and knows enough to be able to get these frets into the state they should have been in before anyone ever felt comfortable selling this (especially at this price). I have guitars at all different price points and levels of quality and these frets are by far the worst I've ever experienced.Don't get me wrong, apart from this issue, the guitar is great and if I just happened to get unlucky and others get one that has been properly dressed then I would definitely recommend it. I'm sure I'll love it once I get the frets sorted out. I love everything else about it. But if this is typical of how these guitars generally get shipped to customers, I'm amazed they aren't constantly being returned.
