Ibanez AF84E Artcore Electric Guitar

Set neck. Mini humbucker.

When Artcore guitars debuted in summer 2002, they turned the music industry upside down. No longer were full and semi-acoustic guitars just big expensive jazz boxes for jazz players. With Artcore guitars you get an amazingly affordable price plus the quality and tone you expect from Ibanez, the guitar company with over four decades of experience making full and semi-acoustic guitars.

Medium output Artcore pickups accurately reproduce the cool, complex tones of a hollow and work well with effects.

The great upper fret access and sustain of a set-in neck at the price of a bolt-on.

Sound
Deep tone. Fingerboard and single P/U sit above face of guitar which allows it to produce deeper complex tones other than AF75 series.
Features
Did not come with a case. I had to purchase it separately.
Quality
Superb construction. After taking it to a qualified technician, the guitar is far more worth than the money spent.
Value
Well worth the value

The Wow Factor
At first, I was not looking at this model. After playing several models of the ARTCORE line I found the AF84E the best sounding other than the AF105 series.
