This would have been my third purchase from zZounds. Approved for 18 months being a return customer. When guitar arrived I couldn’t have been happier. Guitar was beautiful. It sounded better the longer I played it. When I finally looked it over I noticed a crack at the rear plugin. It was then I paid more attention to the rattling inside the body. It was a piece of wood that had chipped when the plug was installed. The finish around the plug had definitely been worked on bc it wasn’t nearly as pretty and had obvious sander marks in it. I contacted zZounds and prepared to return it. I was not wanting to exchange as I had become weary after talking to the customer service rep. He stated I could exchange for a different model once the hummingbird was scanned by ups. After dropping it off I called to give them the serial number of my exchange and was then told so sorry you can only exchange for the same model. Two weeks later after my account was credited I found my credit limit was lowered so I couldn’t even get the model I wanted. Unbelievable. Again I am not a new customer. I’ve paid off two 12 month plans with this company. It seems they make the rules up as they go. Another thing. They are now selling the exact model I returned as a new product. It is blemished. I hope everyone who buys this model looks it over closely. A newby would not have caught it.
