"Les Paul Special SL with p-100 pick ups"

Overall: 3.5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
I had an original '62 Les Paul SG with PAF pickups and these p100's sound just like it on both pickups full on. I had an original Les paul TV (one pickup) and it plays just like it. this is a fantastic guitar with excellent plucking dynamics for really expressive lead playing. the finish on mine is the UV cured polyurethane and is not a pretty as laquer but for the money, good enough. I bought it new in 1996 and still really love it. I think it sounds fantastic through my Vox amp.
