Fender Bassman 250/210 Bass Combo Amplifier (250 Watts, 2x10 in.)

No longer available at zZounds
Built-in compressor. Semi-parametric midrange EQ. Real wood cabinet.

The Bassman 250/210 is an elegant piece of bass amplification designed to deliver full power through a compression driver horn and two great-sounding 10 in. speakers. Designed to be portable, yet loud enough for gigging, it has a high-quality XLR output; great for recording or amplifying a live signal. The full horn attenuator allows the player to accommodate a range of tones from bright thumb-style playing (full horn) to warm upright bass tones (horn off) and anything in-between.

"Fender Bassman + Great sounding bass amp!"

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
This is a great sounding amp that will give you years of faithfull service and all for under $650.00. Cant be beat just grab one.
Sound
The best sound for under $1000.00, I chose this over the SWR redhead and the Hartke 410 combo. After playing all three the Bassman had them beat.

All the features you will need and the XLR out sounds better for recording than the Bass PodXT!
Ease of Use
So easy a caveman could do it.
