"Beautifully Made Cabinet"

zZounds is fabulous to deal with. It only took two days for this cabinet to arrive. It's made exceptionally well, and only weights 36 lbs. It's a perfect match for my Fender Blues Deluxe Reissue, but I did change the speaker. The cabinet is great for what it was made for, namely an extension for a blues sound. The Celestion speaker, even at lower volumes, has some saturation. It doesn't give you a clean sound even though it's rated at 80 watts. I put in the Eminence Legend 12 inch that I had and it made a tremendous difference. I like a clean sound and mostly play hollow-bodied guitars. There is a lot of room for a 12-inch speaker to breathe. It's important to realize that the cabinet itself is part of the sound.
