Get a rounder Fender tone with this Tele. It features 70s styling, alnico pickups, and comes with a gig bag.
Overview
The Highway One series is upgraded for '06! Super-size frets, '70s styling, new alnico pickups and new colors take this amazing guitar to the next level. The new pickups on the Highway One Telecaster guitar produce a more round sound with that great Fender sparkle; it also has great high-gain sounds. The thin nitrocellulose lacquer finish lets the body wood's natural tone shine through, making for one of the most exciting new instruments in the Fender family! This version of the Fender Highway One Telecaster features a Rosewood fretboard for slightly warmer tone.

"A great sounding Telecaster"
Verified Customer
zZounds has verified that this reviewer made a purchase from us.
This will be a permanent addition to my collection of guitars.
Sound
Has a very full round quality sound and still has telecaster overall sound. They have done very well with these pickups.
Features
I could really go without the Jumbo frets. If it hadn't been for the fanstastic sound I would have passed on this model and choosen another model with the standard size frets.
Ease of Use
I could really go without the Jumbo frets. If it hadn't been for the fanstastic sound I would have passed on this model and chosen another model with the standard size frets.
Quality
No complaints in this area, very well, american built, guitar.
Value
For an American made guitar, and good quality craftmanship, this was a very good value.
The Wow Factor
I think the telecasters are about one of the worst looking guitars on the market. Again, if it wasn't for the great sound, I would have passed on it.
