This was my first large battery powered Bluetooth speaker. I’ve always have been a big Bose fan. they have are very clean and full sound, you can still get good quality sound that has synergy coverage though out the volume levels. Now this depends on what music is playing also. Bose is a great choice for the general public. The EVERSE 12 after the unboxing and updating. I only bought this speaker for streaming music. Unfortunately I’m a virgin when it comes to trying to play instruments and singing anymore. It can be learned but I’ll leave that to the professionals to play and sing lol. Back to the EVERSE 12 only with the factory set levels and tuning. This speaker is super loud and very clean but after some practice and some tuning this speaker will surpass Bose until they compare their pro line. This sophisticated speaker(everse has a great selection and many options to make it sound even better. I listen to a broad spectrum of music gospel through Death metal. The speaker has no problem with keeping up and being able to sing and listen to the various beats with clarity. Time of use of the everse 5 hrs straight and I got complaint to keep the volume down which was @ 1/4 volume. So overall thoughts- crystal clear sound, super loud, very over kill for just streaming but I love clean,loud sound why spend money on something that is garbage with ungodly amount of distortion when you can get a pro level quality and sound for a few hundred more. Everse speaker can play any genre… read more and sound awesome at high volume for 12+hrs. Im going to eventually get a rain cover and spare battery. Something to protect against all elements and keep it in optimal running condition. I thank all the You Tube members who work in the music industry for doing live comparison and going over their stats between speakers manufacturers
