Overview
The Dean ML79 brings back some of the best features of the early days of Dean. The mahogany body and awesome Blue Burst finished mahogany top provide great sustain. It sounds fabulous on everything from blues to classic rock to metal. Featuring a Floyd Rose Special tremolo, 2 Dean humbuckers, 22 jumbo frets and a set mahogany neck. The ML79 is also a joy to play, with a comfortable medium neck, great intonation and superb action.

Overall it's a pretty nice guitar out of the box, but the few things I would change would be the pickups and the fret job. Other than that all you really need is a good setup and you're all set! The bridge stays in tune fairly well, the sustain is good and the build quality is super nice considering the price. I would only recommend this guitar to people who are into Pantera or people who REALLY like the ML body shape. I feel like there are better options out there to be honest.
