"USB PORTS ARE DEFECTIVE"

Overall: 1 out of 5 stars

Verified Customer zZounds has verified that this reviewer made a purchase from us.
This Unit is problematic from the start as soon as I took it out the Box and installed all media and started to use the usb port which is the one on front panel the firmware had a error and caused the unit to freeze and lock up. I could only shut it down and turn it back on. After I did that it foze up again in 30 seconds. This unit needs to built correctly. Denon's Quality control for this unit needs to upgraded. another thing that is Ilogical is the fact that the usb ports are not side by side. you have Usb 1 in the front that makes sense but why is usb 2 not next to it? Why would place it in the back? that is very stupid because who wll connect there usb stick in the back of there mobile rack? Anyway a bad Unit all around. In my opinion it is a design flaw or they did not want to retool just to make it right.
