Loosely based on the Fuzzrite, this silicon-style fuzz pedal hones in those harsh trebles for a bold fuzz tone that is ready to rip at a moments notice.

Return of the classic. The Daredevil take on the Stooges/Asheton fuzz tone, based on the Fuzzrite, and heavily modded with improvements.

That ear-piercing treble is rolled off while retaining the raunchy 60's transistor fight for which the original silicon versions were legendary. This is the ideal pedal for trashy garage rock-n-roll, retro psych fuzz, and nasty dirty riffs.

There is more depth to the tone, and there's some cool subtle octave harmonic stuff going on about halfway through the dirt control. A lot of time was spent sampling types of transistor pairings for these; small changes make a huge difference in this circuit. It's very dynamic and holds strong definition without too much crazy fuzz washout, but are still nasty and aggressive like you would expect from Daredevil.

This pedal can be run from an external DC supply or 9V battery.
