Overview
The D’Addario Auto Lock Guitar Strap is the simplest integrated strap locking system for your performance. Simply slide the strap end over the guitar strap buttons and you are locked in - it’s that easy. The grey latch is spring-loaded so it automatically clamps down on the strap button and will not release until you want it to. Just push up on the grey latch, slide off the end, and the strap is removed. Works with most strap buttons on the market. The Auto Lock Guitar Strap was designed in partnership with Ned Steinberger.

Hey everyone, this is Myles from zZounds with some things to know about this D'Addario Auto-Lock guitar strap. I've been using traditional strap locks for years, and I love them, but the ease and convenience of this D'Addario Auto-Lock guitar strap is unparalleled. With this you get an all-in-one solution to cover your strap and strap lock needs, and all you need to do is slide the lock over the strap buttons on your guitar, lock it in place, and you're good to go. Also, an important note: this strap lock strap will work with most standard strap buttons, according to D'Addario. The strap locks are extremely secure, and the strap is built really well too. And I've used it on a number of gigs, and honestly, it's been really great and reliable. So if you're looking for a quick, easy all-in-one strap lock solution, check this out.

Hey players, my first Auto-Lock strap. Got this strap because of Ned Steinberger's involvement in the design of the lock. I just bought a Steinberger bass so I got this strap for the new bass. Strap looks great, very good quality/construction. Looks great. Love the lock. Great idea. Found an issue when putting the strap on the bass. The peg for the strap is on the back of this bass. So you had to twist the strap to connect the auto lock. Ended up cutting the stitches on the folded over end of the strap. That allowed me to slide off the auto lock, flip it over, slide it back on the strap and restitch. would have worked out of the box on any guitar except guitars with the mounting peg on the back. I still recommend this strap.
