"the little beast"
great amp for the money its tiny but has balls to it I know its not a tube amp but it has warmth to it like a tube amp. ITs not to heavy to lug around either which is a plus because of back issues,i got mine used at music go round I paired it up with a Marshall 8412 which has 175 watts handling. this amp has 3 channels a rythm section lead and a foot switch inputs in back and im guessing the affects loop. is on the right in front its not to complicated and the clean tone is great sounds real clear and crisp not raspy. overall the lead channel is awesome to and the rythm is good sounds nice and warm and no humming from it. id think that it had tubes it pumps out a good low end for when your playing heavy rythm. I did not mention this little beast is loud I played it barely on 1 and in the music store on about 2 or 3 it rattled the drums in the store it was loud. its a very good head. BUy it no matter where u get it I got a steal on mine for 59 bucks.id buy this amp and get a marshall 8412 cab with it.. if your on a budge you wont be dissapointed oh IT takes pedals well to i played it threw a boss metal zone and it sounded killer. the boss metal core also sounded good and i tried a dunlop gcb95 the wah sounded good on this head. I would recommend tnis amp if your on a budget aand trying to start a band its got power to cut threw the rest of the band. sometimes good things come in little packages.
